General Terms and Conditions 

Scope of the Terms

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all supplies and services provided by Bon Sentiment in connection with the sale and delivery of tickets. They are in addition to other applicable terms and conditions, including house rules. In case of conflicting terms, these GTC take priority.

The contracting party of the buyer and thus the user of these terms and conditions is “Bon Sentiment” (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). These terms also apply to tickets sold by authorized ticket agencies.

 

Ticket Orders, Discounts, and Validity

  • The Organizer does not enter into a contract for the benefit of children under 7 years old.

  • Children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 may only attend an event if accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • A responsible adult is any person over 18 who performs educational duties based on an agreement with the legal guardian or within an educational or youth welfare context.

  • Responsible persons must provide written proof of their assignment and, upon request, a copy of the legal guardian’s identity card.

  • When purchasing tickets at a box office or an authorized sales point, the contract is finalized upon receipt of the ticket.

  • When ordering online, the buyer makes an offer to conclude a contract by initiating a ticket reservation.

  • The buyer bears the risk for ticket delivery.

  • The buyer must check the confirmation email and tickets for accuracy, including quantity, price, and date.

  • Online purchases are limited to the maximum number of tickets specified by the online shop.

  • Discounted tickets are only valid if the eligibility criteria remain applicable at the time of the event. If not, the buyer must pay the price difference or be denied entry.

  • The ticket allows a single entry to the venue and loses validity upon exit.

Shipping Terms

Only the General Terms and Conditions of the authorized ticket office apply to ticket shipping.

Charges, Payment Terms, and Late Payments

Exclusion of Withdrawal and Returns

Only the General Terms and Conditions of the authorized ticket office apply to ticket withdrawals and returns.

Event Cancellations and Seat Reallocation

  • If an event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the Organizer, the purchaser will receive a refund of the ticket’s face value (excluding advance booking fees or other charges).

  • The Organizer may allocate the buyer a different seat if the originally assigned seat becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g., construction work). If the substitute seat is not comparable, the Organizer must refund the price difference.

  • The Organizer may reassign seats within the same price category.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the event if reasonable and announced at least one week before the event.

  • Event cancellations or changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website as soon as possible.

  • No claims against the Organizer can be made unless gross negligence or intentional misconduct is proven.
