Why we do not run open cohorts.

Open cohorts are efficient.

But efficiency is not always the point.

For leadership work, team transformation and AI readiness, the strongest results often happen when one group has the room to itself. One context. One brief. One shared reality.

This is why Bon Sentiment does not build retreats around strangers filling seats. We build around a specific team, a specific question and a specific moment.

A closed group changes the level of honesty. People speak with less performance. The work goes deeper. The examples are real. The decisions can be carried back into the organisation without translation.

A leadership retreat in Mallorca is not valuable because people leave the office. It is valuable because the setting allows them to see the organisation more clearly.

And that requires a room built for them. Not for everyone.
