Terms & Conditions
Last updated · April 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Bon Sentiment for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or our services.
2. Services
Bon Sentiment offers three categories of service:
- Retreats — structured off-sites for organisations and small groups
- Curated Travel — bespoke travel programmes for private clients
- Location Scouting — visual research and access for film, editorial, and brand work
The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in writing per project — typically in a proposal, engagement letter, or signed agreement.
3. Inquiries & Proposals
Information shared on the site, including pricing references and sample itineraries, is illustrative. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. A booking exists only once both parties have confirmed terms in writing.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment terms, deposits, and milestones are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, postponement, and refund policies are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis. Where third-party suppliers (venues, transport, vendors) are involved, their policies may also apply and will be communicated in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, insurance, health, and physical readiness required for any service booked. Bon Sentiment can advise but cannot assume responsibility for these arrangements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, video, and design — is the property of Bon Sentiment or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Materials produced for a specific client engagement (proposals, itineraries, scouting decks) remain the property of Bon Sentiment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Bon Sentiment delivers its services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, illness, government action, transport disruption, or third-party supplier failure. In such cases the parties will work in good faith to reschedule or otherwise resolve the engagement.
10. Third Parties
Where Bon Sentiment introduces or coordinates third-party suppliers (venues, hotels, transport, guides, vendors), the contract for those services is between you and the supplier. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the date below indicates when it was last revised.
