A short page for the people who make the studio work — owners of properties, facilitators, photographers, chefs and local production we bring in for specific engagements.
Bon Sentiment runs lean by design. Behind each engagement is a small group of people we have worked with for years — property owners who let us use their houses with care, facilitators we trust under pressure, a photographer who knows when to leave the room.
We do not maintain a directory or a roster. Partners are added slowly, often through a shared engagement with someone we already work with. This page exists for those who feel they fit a role we may need.
Four kinds of partner the studio works with on most engagements. Other roles exist — chefs, drivers, sommeliers, sound engineers — and we are open to introductions there too.
Private fincas, estates and architectural houses on the island that hold a working group well — light, rooms, kitchens, terraces that earn their keep. We work directly with owners, with full discretion, and on the basis that the house is treated as we would treat our own.
Mallorca · Direct relationships onlyStrategy, leadership, AI, organisational design. We work with facilitators who can hold a senior room, listen well, and adjust on day two. Most are introduced by clients we already trust. We do not engage on first contact.
Europe-based · Senior practiceFor the scouting line, we work with stills photographers, DOPs and directors on brand, editorial and private commissions. We hold a small list of people we recommend — and another list we bring in when the brief calls for someone specific.
Lifestyle · Architecture · EditorialDrivers, fixers, runners, security, location managers. People who know the back roads, the right authorities and how a Mallorcan summer actually works. Long-form relationships, paid fairly, named only when the job calls for it.
Mallorca · Year-roundWe do not name partners or properties publicly. Engagements stay between the people in the room. Reputation is built quietly.
Clear scope, fair fees, paid on time. No spec work, no exposure deals. If the brief is unclear, we redo it before contracts.
We prefer to work with the same people repeatedly. A first engagement is a careful test — for both sides — of whether a longer relationship makes sense.
A note is enough to begin — whether it is a retreat, an off-site, a scouting request or a selected format.
